Renovation Information
Renovation Begins November 1
If you have not heard something about this yet, here are the details. Starting November 1st, the portion of Signatures from the bar area to the end of the building where the lockers and laundry rooms are will be completely renovated.
The bar will grow larger and have it's own access door with an exit to a patio area for outside dining and relaxing after a round of golf. There will be a grill/kitchen installed to provide food service, the main restaurant will be open in the evening for dinner only
, unless there is a special event.
The golf shop will go on the end of the building, the current shop will be demolished and golf car staging for daily play and events. This area will be used for car and truck parking when there are large events.
Individual womens and mens bathrooms along with a larger "family" bathroom with shower will be located between the bar/grill area and the golf shop.
A pavilion is planned for just off the garden area and on part of the putting green. A new putting green will be under construction soon to be open for play next spring in May or June.
