Time: 12:00 shotgun start

Format: scramble, each team picks 6 blue tees, 6 white tees, and 6 red tees to play from. Tee selections must be given to the pro shop by end of day Monday, July 7th.

Needed: We need tee selections, each players handicap index, team name, team captains phone number and email address.

*Handicap indexes are only used to determine the teams total index and we flight the tournament based off the teams indexes*
